National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts

Taiwan's national art museum is free, big and at the south end of the Calligraphy Greenway.

The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (國立臺灣美術館, Guomeiguan for short) is the country's national museum of Taiwanese art, and it costs nothing to get in. It opened in 1988 and holds about 19,000 works, shown in 15 galleries through changing exhibitions, with an outdoor sculpture park around the building. The whole site covers about 10 hectares.
